Position Overview:
The Product Expert role bridges the gap between product development, sales, and business development by providing deep product knowledge, supporting the sales team, and contributing to strategic product decisions. The ideal role holder will be passionate about delivering value to customers while driving product excellence across its lifecycle.

Essential Functions:
Product Knowledge & Customer Engagement
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on the product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing expert guidance and tailored product solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical and/or application support as needed.

Sales Enablement
  • Support the sales team with product insights, sales pitches, and technical demonstrations.
  • Collaborate on the creation of sales collateral, presentations, and product messaging.
  • Participate in pre-sales meetings to address technical questions and objections.

Training & Support
  • Deliver technical training to internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, training materials, and FAQs.

Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
  • Contribute to the development of the product roadmap by gathering and analyzing customer feedback and market trends.
  • Support portfolio management activities, including product launches, updates, and end-of-life planning.
  • Assist in SKU rationalization efforts to streamline offerings and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend improvements throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.
  • Experience with CRM and product management tools

The hiring range for this position is $62,800 - $90,500 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
