Our growth isn't hype-it's driven by proven products, loyal customers, and a team-first culture.About the RoleODRA is seeking an experienced Product Trainer to lead customer, dealer, and internal training initiatives across North America. This field-based role is ideal for someone with road sweeper, municipal equipment, heavy equipment, or commercial fleet experience who enjoys teaching others and building strong customer relationships.The Product Trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on equipment training, developing training materials, supporting new product launches, and serving as a trusted technical resource for customers, dealers, operators, and service technicians.
