Product & Growth Strategy - Principal

New York, NY

Full-time

Job description

Location: New York, NY

Help Shape the Future of the World's Largest Creator-Led Ecosystem

Role Overview

As Beast Industries evolves beyond media into a broader technology and consumer ecosystem, we are building a team of high-agency strategic operators to help define what comes next.

The Product & Growth Strategy - Principal will help lead high-priority initiatives across consumer growth, monetization, platform strategy, partnerships, and new business opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of growth, strategy, product, and operations - working closely with senior leadership to identify where the business is going and how we build scalable systems, products, and experiences to support that growth.

We are looking for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with a bias toward execution. The ideal candidate is deeply curious about consumer behavior, platform dynamics, growth strategy, monetization, and emerging technology trends - and can translate ideas into actionable initiatives across a fast-moving organization.

The Role

As Product & Growth Strategy - Principal, you will help drive some of our highest-priority growth initiatives - shaping new products, consumer experiences, monetization strategies, and emerging business opportunities across the MrBeast ecosystem

This role partners closely with Product, Analytics, Operations, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, Data, and Executive Leadership to drive cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution. You'll help bring structure to complex problems, evaluate new opportunities, and translate ideas into scalable execution plans. Success in this role requires strong strategic judgment, commercial instinct, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate effectively in high-autonomy, fast-moving environments.

This is a builder-operator role designed for someone who is comfortable operating across multiple domains, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and navigating environments with evolving priorities and limited structure. If this sounds like you, read on below.

What You'll Do

  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across consumer growth, membership, monetization, partnerships, and platform strategy
  • Help shape the long-term vision and growth strategy for emerging consumer products and experiences within the MrBeast ecosystem
  • Identify opportunities to improve user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization across consumer-facing products and initiatives
  • Partner with Product and Analytics teams to evaluate customer behavior, growth opportunities, experimentation frameworks, and product performance
  • Own and help launch 0-to-1 initiatives, products, and strategic programs
  • Develop strategic frameworks, market analyses, business cases, and financial models to support executive decision-making
  • Translate ambiguous opportunities into clear execution plans with measurable goals and operational ownership
  • Support the incubation and scaling of new business initiatives, products, and strategic programs
  • Collaborate across Product, Partnerships, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to drive alignment and execution
  • Evaluate market dynamics, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities across creator platforms, consumer technology, AI, digital products, and media
  • Build scalable workflows, operating models, and strategic processes to improve organizational leverage and execution speed
  • Present strategic recommendations, insights, and initiative updates to senior leadership
  • Leverage AI tools and modern workflows to accelerate execution, automate operational processes, and improve decision-making velocity
What You'll Bring
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, growth, product strategy, strategic initiatives, business operations, monetization, marketplace/platform strategy, or related roles within high-growth consumer technology companies
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities with the ability to simplify complex or ambiguous challenges
  • Experience working on consumer-facing products, growth initiatives, monetization strategies, marketplace ecosystems, subscriptions/membership products, or creator platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally and drive initiatives from idea to execution in fast-moving environments
  • Strong business judgment and ability to connect product, operational, financial, and growth considerations into cohesive strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional partners
  • High ownership mentality with a bias toward action and execution
  • Comfort operating at multiple altitudes - from high-level strategic discussions to hands-on operational problem solving
  • Curiosity around consumer behavior, platform ecosystems, creator monetization, AI, and emerging business models
  • Background in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, analytics, or related strategic disciplines is a plus, but not required

The target total compensation ranges from $200,000 - $280,000 including a fixed annual salary of $170,000 - $250,000, an employee equity plan grant, bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
