Required skills:

Design, develop, validate, and launch electric pumps, modules, and delivery systems for on-road & off-road OE customers.

Interpret customer specifications to determine feasibility and develop component level requirements.

Prepare engineering bill of materials and print packages for quoting.

Design products with focus on DFA and DFM.

Interface with customers as primary technical contact

Lead product design activities from concept through launch.

Track program/project timing to meet customer deliverables.

Create DFMEA and execute DVPR.

Participate in internal, supplier, and customer manufacturing and launch reviews/events.

Recommend/implement design modifications to eliminate product, machine or system malfunctions.

Prepare product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Work with purchasing team to identify, develop, and manage prototype & production component suppliers.
