Product Development Manager

Fractal is a strategic AI partner to Fortune 500 companies, focused on empowering human decision-making through intelligent products. We are looking for a Product Development Manager who can define, communicate and deliver differentiated products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop differentiated products that deliver unique value.
  • Lead the endโ€‘toโ€‘end product lifecycle from concept, planning, launch, to ongoing enhancement.
  • Gather and prioritize customer, stakeholder and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with crossโ€‘functional teams โ€“ engineering, design, marketing, sales and operations โ€“ to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage product priorities, timelines and deliverables to achieve business goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management or product development.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and product strategy.
  • Experience translating customer needs into product requirements and solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problemโ€‘solving and decisionโ€‘making skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastโ€‘paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Location & Compensation

Onshore, preferable East Coast or availability to work EST hours. Pay range: $150,000 to $180,000 per year, with potential eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
