Primary Purpose
The Coordinator of Product Development supports the development process, encompassing sample management activities, achieving design aesthetic, quality standards, margin goals and timelines.

  • Support product development activities including the following: review of prototypes and samples, milestone adherence, sending of development packages to overseas partners.

  • Partner with Materials teams to procure sampling materials for all development milestones.

  • Execute, maintain and update necessary data and tools

  • Manage day-to-day communication and activities with the Asia PD team.

  • Supports approval process and resolution of pending items to ensure smooth process from development to commercialization.

  • Execute day-to-day activities based on priorities set by Manager and drives task completion and issue resolution.

  • Demonstrate understanding of development process, implications when deadlines are missed, and alert manager of potential issues.

  • Organize and maintain sample arrival and archiving

  • Support in research and development
