TheSenior Strategic Sourcing Manager, Corporate Servicesis a highly experiencedindividual contributorresponsible for providing deep category expertise, consultative leadership, and strategic sourcing execution across Autodesk's globalCorporate Services portfolio, with primary focus areas includingMarketing Services, Event Services, and HR Services.

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Services and Responsible Sourcing, this role operates as asenior category owner, accountable for strategy development, sourcing execution, and supplier governance across multiple services domains.

The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager serves as a trusted advisor to senior business, Finance, and Legal leaders, translating functional strategies into scalable, commercially sound sourcing solutions that balancespeed, flexibility, service quality, and cost effectiveness.

Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Services Category Leadership
  • Serve as a senior Procurement subject matter expert acrossCorporate Services sourcing, including Marketing, Events, Professional Services, and HR Services
  • Own category strategy development across service areas such as:
    • Creative, digital, media, and agency services
    • Events, experiential marketing, sponsorships, and production
    • Professional Services including contingent workers, business advisory consulting and specialized consulting services.
    • HR services including talent, learning, consulting, and workforce programs
  • Develop multi-year category strategies aligned to business objectives, functional roadmaps, and enterprise financial goals
  • Maintain strong understanding of service delivery models, supplier operating structures, and commercial benchmarks
  • Monitor external market trends across marketing, HR, and professional services to inform sourcing strategy
Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Excellence
  • Lead complex sourcing initiatives and negotiations across Corporate Services suppliers
  • Design and implement innovative commercial models, including:
    • Retainer and managed service structures
    • Rate cards and blended pricing
    • Performance- or outcome-based pricing models
    • Demand aggregation and volume-leverage strategies
  • Execute global RFPs and supplier evaluations focused on total value, risk, and scalability
  • Drive supplier consolidation and preferred supplier frameworks
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to structure master agreements and statements of work
Consultative Stakeholder Partnership
  • Act as a trusted sourcing advisor to senior leaders across Marketing, HR, Finance, and other corporate functions
  • Support proactive engagement and early demand visibility across initiatives and programs
  • Translate functional strategies into sourcing priorities and execution roadmaps
  • Influence stakeholders to adopt recommended sourcing approaches and governance standards
  • Balance functional flexibility with financial discipline and enterprise controls
Cross-Functional Integration
  • Partner closely with Finance, FP&A, Legal, ESG, and Procurement Operations
  • Support enterprise cost optimization and spend management initiatives across Corporate Services
  • Align sourcing activity to quarterly and annual planning cycles
  • Lead resolution of complex sourcing challenges requiring cross-functional coordination
Supplier Strategy & Governance
  • Manage strategic relationships with key Corporate Services suppliers
  • Establish and track performance metrics focused on cost efficiency, service quality, and value delivery
  • Lead supplier governance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support responsible sourcing, ESG, and sustainability expectations across the supplier ecosystem
Transformation & Maturity Enablement
  • Contribute to development of Corporate Services sourcing playbooks, standards, and best practices
  • Support adoption of intake, sourcing, and contract enablement tools
  • Drive increased spend under active management across Corporate Services categories
  • Share market intelligence and best practices across the Procurement organization
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commercial leadership
  • Demonstrated expertise sourcing complexservices categorieswithin a Procurement organization
  • Proven experience leading global sourcing initiatives and high-value negotiations
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial structuring capability
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience sourcingMarketing, HR, or other corporate services
  • Background in consulting, agency management, or professional services sourcing
  • Familiarity with services-based operating and delivery models
  • Experience with performance- or outcome-based commercial structures

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $89,000 and $159,720. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
