The Professional Services Sourcing Manager leads the sourcing, contracting and supplier management of professional services across Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast. This role works closely with internal collaborators to deliver procurement results aligned with Hasbro leadership qualities-promoting cooperation, responsibility, creativity, and honesty-while supporting a creative, fast-paced organization.

A Day in the Life of a Professional Services Sourcing Manager:
  • Lead the sourcing and category oversight of professional services, including video game development, consulting, customer service, finance services and other specialized services supporting Hasbro and the Wizards of the Coast segment
  • Partner collaboratively with internal collaborators to understand business needs, scope requirements, timelines, and budget considerations
  • Complete end-to-end sourcing activities (RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contracting) in alignment with Hasbro's ethical standards and governance requirements
  • Build and manage strong, passionate supplier relationships that promote accountability, inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement, including robust Supplier Relationship Management programs
  • Own contract lifecycle management, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and responsible financial stewardship
  • Leverage spend data and market insights to drive competitive pricing, optimize value, and support informed decision-making
  • Ensure alignment with Hasbro procurement policies, financial controls, and integrity standards
  • Assist in the development and expansion of professional services sourcing processes that promote agility, consistency, and lasting value
What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in procurement or category management, concentrating on professional services, ideally within video game development sourcing
  • 2-3 years of experience in a procurement position within video game development preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and complex collaborator engagement
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with procurement platforms, contract administration tools, and spend analysis preferred
  • Travel approximately 10%
