Drives measurable business, clinical, and financial outcomes by translating market needs, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities into high-impact product strategies. Works cross functionally with clinical leaders, operations, marketing, sales, technology, and compliance to ensure products improve member outcomes, drive growth, and align with Magellan's mission.
  • Product Strategy & Leadership: Defines and executes the product development roadmap aligned with organizational goals, clinical standards, and market demand, and leads the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of assigned products, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and measurable business, clinical, and financial outcomes. Identifies and executes initiatives that enhance product efficiency, scalability, and competitiveness within the product portfolio and leads and mentors product managers, analysts, and cross-functional project teams.
