Elite Marine specializes in the installation, service, and maintenance of marine air conditioning systems. Southern Marine Supply is a premier wholesale and retail supplier of marine AC, water purification systems, and ancillary components. Spot Zero is the leading manufacturer of water purification products in the marine industry, delivering innovative water purification systems, enhancing water quality for yachts. Together, we provide industry-leading products and services, driving excellence across the marine sector and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment for our team.


Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts across Elite Marine A/C. This role involves generating leads, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting the products and services of each division. The ideal candidate will be a proactive sales professional with a deep understanding of the marine industry and experience managing a diverse product portfolio.

Requirements:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and industry networking for Elite Marine A/C.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and aligning solutions across the company.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products and services, including marine air conditioning, refrigeration, water purification systems, and other related products.
  • Cross-Promotion: Promote and cross-sell complementary products to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of knowledge about the product lines of each company to effectively communicate features, benefits, and competitive advantages to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and product development.
  • Sales Reporting: Track all sales activities, opportunities, and leads in CRM software, providing regular updates to management on sales performance.
