Job description

Schebler Chimney Systems is looking for a Product Development Supervisor to lead the development of new products from concept through production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical side of engineering and the leadership side of driving projects forward.

You'll play a key role in shaping new products, improving processes, and collaborating across teams to bring ideas to life.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll:

- Lead product development projects from concept through production

- Define project scope, timelines, and success criteria

- Manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Marketing

- Partner with vendors and suppliers to support development timelines

- Support design efforts including modeling, drawings, and technical documentation

- Oversee prototype development, testing, and design improvements

- Identify risks early and develop solutions to keep projects on track

- Drive continuous improvement in product development processes

What Success Looks Like

- Delivering projects on time and within budget

- Launching high-quality products that meet performance and safety standards

- Creating efficient, repeatable development processes

- Building strong collaboration across teams

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree required (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
