Promo Footwear Developer - Product Development Engineer
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid. Onsite Monday-Thursdays, and can work remotely from home on Fridays)
Role Overview
This role focuses on providing coverage for sports teams and brand moments for footwear, including promotional products and athlete services. The position involves working within a direct development team of five and collaborating with approximately fifteen others across design, product management, and sports marketing. Due to the high visibility of this team's work, discretion and a passion for the brand and sport are beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product development projects, adhering to deadlines, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for promotional footwear and athlete service needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product management, and sports marketing teams.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and detail orientation in all tasks.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment.
Required Qualifications
Education: A degree is required for this role.
Experience: A minimum of two to four+ years of experience in a product development role or a similar field is required.
