Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative Small Business Payments solutions within a fast-paced digital payments environment. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) solutions for financial institutions, fintech partners, and small business customers.

This role requires strong product ownership experience, deep understanding of digital payments ecosystems, Agile product delivery, and the ability to balance customer needs, operational priorities, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, definition, and execution for Small Business Payments solutions.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, compliance, risk/fraud, treasury, sales, and marketing teams to deliver successful product initiatives.
  • Translate business opportunities and customer needs into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from product discovery through implementation and post-launch optimization.
  • Define MVP scope and prioritize product enhancements based on customer value, business impact, timelines, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate within a scaled Agile environment and support multiple concurrent product releases.
  • Develop deep understanding of financial institution workflows, merchant services, and small business customer needs.
  • Drive go-to-market planning, launch readiness, and stakeholder communication strategies.
  • Identify market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging payment technologies to support product innovation and strategic differentiation.
  • Define and monitor key product performance metrics, KPIs, adoption trends, and operational effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, fintech partners, and external technology providers where applicable.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across digital banking, payments, and merchant services platforms.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • 5–7+ years of Product Management experience in Agile software development environments.
  • Proven experience managing digital payment products, banking products, or fintech solutions.
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional engineering and business teams.
  • Experience supporting web and mobile digital platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
