The Role

Business Development Consultants develop and implement effective sales approaches that nurture as well as expand our client relationships andseeksto elevate our market footprint. They work closely with our Sales Vice Presidents,Wholesalersand the Sales Support team to ensure agreement and alignment on direction and engagement regarding the clients they support.Assistingwith activating new wholesaler groups, they act as the primary contact of their designated partners and ensuring prompt response times while helping the new group navigate their new space.

Essential Job Functions

Work with assigned Sales VP to achieve salesgoalby making proactive outbound sales calls to marketers, wholesaleprincipalsand top agentswith compelling sales ideas.

Key point of contact for assigned wholesale groups andmarketers forassistancewith presale support andmore complexcase design.Responsible to "activate" new wholesaler groups and createplanto increase production.

Provide agents and their staff with product information, illustrations, and materials required to be licensed and/orwritebusiness.

Assistwholesale groups with Business Builder, E-APPadoption,and other tools that Brokers International offers.

Provide mentoring,guidanceand training to other Sales Support staff members.

Responsible for developing sales concepts and promoting them to the field inroutine cadence.

Partner with Contracting,Commissionsand other Operations Teams to ensure collaboration and team alignment

Other duties as assigned.
