A well-established, long-standing private practice in Stockton is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join a stable and structured clinical environment. This is primarily bread-and-butter dentistry with strong patient flow and consistent scheduling. The practice has been serving the community for over 45 years and operates with organized systems and experienced support staff.

Compensation Structure $900 per day guaranteed during Year 1 Part-time option: Tuesday / Thursday / Friday Full-time option: 5 days per week After Year 1: Tiered production-based compensation available for associates exceeding production benchmarks Clinical Focus Primarily: Restorative dentistry Crown & Bridge Extractions Root Canal Therapy Composite restorations Partial & Complete Dentures General bread-and-butter procedures Technology includes Dentrix software, Dexis imaging, cone beam technology, and a fully equipped multi-operatory practice with strong hygiene support. Professional Development Associate must be willing to travel for MGE training as part of ongoing professional development.
