We're looking for a Senior Associate-Digital Product Management to join our global product organization as a travel innovation expert. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced travel professional with expertise across Air, Hotel, Cruise, and Tour who is passionate about shaping the future of travel technology.

In this role, you'll partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and strategic technology partners-including Sabre and Revelex-to design, validate, and launch innovative capabilities that simplify complex travel servicing, enhance booking experiences, and bring emerging technologies, including AI, into the hands of travel consultants around the world.

The below represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
  • 4+ years of travel industry experience with strong expertise in Cruise/Tour and Sabre.
  • Experience supporting travel counselors or frontline travel advisors with a deep understanding of their day-to-day workflows.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional Product, Technology, and Business teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for customer-centric product development, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Must be based in Florida and able to work a hybrid schedule (up to 3 days per week in the Sunrise office).
