We are backed by TA Associates and Berkshire Partners, top-tier global private equity firms.

PDQ's Core Values

Honesty, Ownership, Collaboration and Improvement

Job Description
  • Before you apply, please note: This is a hybrid role open to candidates within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters. This means working in office on average about two times per week.

As a Senior Product Manager working on PDQ Connect’s core feature set, you will refine and develop the product roadmap and requirements for Connect’s core functionality. You will interact closely with customers and become a SME in your problem space. You will work directly with a UX designer and engineering team in delivering your vision, while also getting internal alignment and enthusiasm for what you are building.

What you'll be doing
  • Identifying the most important problems to solve through conducting live customer research and meeting with prospects. This includes performing market & competitor research, analyzing usage & written feedback, and more.
  • Collaborating with design by translating research into clear product requirements, ideating on design needs, and vibe‑coding prototypes under their direction to move fast without creating rework.
  • Collaborating with engineering by partnering to understand feasibility and scope of impact of product plans, writing Product Requirement Docs and user stories, and progressing the process from feature idea to fully shipped.
  • Defining the roadmap for your problem space and getting alignment both internally and externally through stakeholder management.
  • Working with teams outside product management to ensure product positioning, messaging, and product launches are smooth.
  • Serving as the subject matter expert for your product, target customer, and problem space.
  • Attending recurring product development meetings to stay current on progress and unblock designers and engineers.
  • Developing and reporting on a list of metrics that can be used to measure product health and usage.
  • Stepping in to improve processes around research, development, or product delivery.
We're looking for people who have
  • 4+ years of experience as a product manager
  • Proven track record of launching & supporting customer facing features or products
  • Design literacy: able to evaluate UX quality, give meaningful design feedback, and prototype ideas independently
Who you are
  • Ownership: You take responsibility for projects, drive results, and deliver on commitments
  • Honesty: You demonstrate integrity, transparency, and ethical behavior in all interactions
  • Collaboration: You work effectively with cross‑functional teams and foster a culture of teamwork
  • Improvement: You continuously seek opportunities for growth, innovation, and personal development
  • Ability to identify problems and create impactful solutions
  • Experience with RMM systems or an IT background
  • Ability to present to large groups
Benefits

PDQ offers all of the great perks and benefits you'd expect from working at a very cool tech company, and even some you might not expect, including:

  • 4-Day Work Week
  • Equity
  • Managers who champion professional development
  • 100% Premium Coverage for medical, dental and vision for you and your dependents
  • 100% Premium Coverage for Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Life, and AD&D Insurance
  • Company Match of the first 6% of your employee deferrals
  • Flexible Paid Time Off Policy that treats you like the adult that you are
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and wellness incentives
  • Quarterly Company Values Award (team member nominated)
