SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER / DEVELOPER – Home & Non-Apparel

We are looking for a talented, creative Product Designer / Developer to work hand in hand with the founder of Natural Life to create the inspirational products we like to call treasures — everything from accessories and unique gifts to products for the home!

  • This is a hands-on design role for someone who loves the Natural Life brand and the colorful, bohemian products we create.
  • You'll work closely with the founder of Natural Life, you will bring ideas and product opportunities to life.
  • You’ll help shape product design across materials, color, artwork, form and details, then partner closely with our developers and vendors as those designs move through development.
  • Industry product design experience and a strong eye for the Natural Life aesthetic are a must.
  • You must be highly collaborative and enjoy building on direction and feedback, while also having the confidence and experience to work independently.
  • You have the unique ability to be both an independent contributor and a leader who can manage and develop a team of designers.
  • You might currently be a Product Designer, Designer, Associate Designer ready for a bigger role, Senior Designer, Product Developer, Designer/Product Developer or Design Manager.
  • A successful candidate will have experience in home, gift, accessories, décor, lifestyle product — or a combination of these categories.
Technical skills:
  • Production-level Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop — building print-ready artwork, working in repeat, creating color separations, and prepping files to vendor spec;
  • InDesign for line presentations
  • 3D CAD for hard goods (Rhino, Fusion 360, or SolidWorks), with rendering in KeyShot, Blender, or similar
  • Nice to have: Procreate or comparable digital illustration, plus hand sketching for fast concept communication
  • Systems: Centric (PLM), Figma, and comfort working in Excel and Monday
About Natural Life:
  • Natural Life is a fast-growing lifestyle brand built around creating products that bring a little more joy to everyday life.
  • We make a broad and constantly evolving assortment, which gives our designers the opportunity to work across categories, materials and product types at meaningful scale.
  • For the right person, this is an opportunity to join a highly creative, fast-moving team, work on an unusually diverse range of products and see your designs go from a line plan to something our customers can actually hold, use, wear, give and love.
Why You'll Love It Here:
  • Creative and inspiring workspace at our Jacksonville Beach office.
  • A dedicated, purpose-driven team that lives the Natural Life mission.
  • Casual, colorful environment with good vibes and dog-friendly energy.
  • Competitive pay and a thoughtful benefits package designed to support your health, time off, and well-being.
  • A generous employee discount on Natural Life products.
  • A chance to grow with a fast-paced, female-founded brand with heart!
