As a RADICL Product Designer, you will:
  • Collaborate: partner with our Senior Product Designer, engineering, and product management to take ideas from rough sketches to shipped features.
  • Prototype fast: leverage AI-assisted prototyping (including agentic and "vibe coding" tools) to rapidly turn sketches into interactive prototypes.
  • Execute & Scale: balance tactical UX/UI fixes on the live product with contributions to our growing design system.

Own the Outcome: take projects from ambiguous problem to polished, shipped solution with real autonomy, leaning on AI as a core part of your process, and help shape design decisions as the team grows.
Your skillset/experience should include:
Must-Haves:
  • 2-4 years of product design experience, with a portfolio showing end-to-end process, from research and wireframes through shipped outcomes
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (FigJam, Design, Make) for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
  • Solid UX fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, usability heuristics, and user flows
  • Experience designing sophisticated B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, multi-tenancy, or other data-dense product
  • Hands-on experience designing UX for AI agentic workflows
  • Experience designing within and contributing to a design system
  • Ability to move independently from an ambiguous problem to a working prototype
  • A track record of partnering with engineering and product to ship real features
  • Strong communication skills, and comfortable defending design decisions
  • Comfort balancing quick, tactical fixes with longer, more structured design initiatives
  • Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Figma Make) as part of your design process

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience conducting or synthesizing user research and usability testing
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Motion design or micro-interaction experience
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) or designing for regulated, compliance-heavy industries
