What you'll do
  • Perform product documentation review, data entry, data analysis, and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of requests and relay key information to client support.
  • Maintain required logs, documentation, and compliance with standard procedures.
  • Escalate issues promptly to appropriate personnel.
  • Contribute to process improvements by developing and enhancing templates, policies, and procedures.
  • Serve as an internal resource for product knowledge.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft, Excel, and SQL a plus.
  • Passion for industry and product knowledge and a commitment to excellence
  • Demonstrated experience as a problem solver, with above average organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related equivalent work experience desired
