Job description

Do you enjoy writing, researching, organizing information, and creating content that actually helps customers make buying decisions?

KaTom Restaurant Supply is looking for a Product Content Specialist to join our growing eCommerce content team in Kodak, TN.

As one of the nation’s leading restaurant supply companies, KaTom has spent more than a decade building one of the strongest eCommerce platforms in the foodservice industry. Our content team plays a huge role in that success by creating accurate, engaging, and search-friendly product content used by customers across the country.

If you have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to speak with you.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and maintain product descriptions for KaTom.com
  • Produce high-volume written content without sacrificing quality or accuracy
  • Use AP Style and internal writing guidelines to create clear, customer-friendly copy
  • Apply SEO best practices to improve online visibility and search rankings
  • Work closely with multiple content teams on collaborative projects and content planning
  • Research products using vendor resources, internal experts, and industry tools
  • Assist in maintaining and improving internal content standards and style guides
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and AI/LLM tools to support workflow and content production

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong written communication and proofreading skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Familiarity with AP Style preferred
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, internet research, and AI-assisted tools
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-moving eCommerce environment
