About the Team We are the Asset Foundation team within Ads Platform, building the core systems that power how businesses grow on TikTok. Our mission is to provide a unified foundation for advertisers to create, manage, and scale their business-across creatives, catalog, and business accounts. Product catalog is the foundation of commerce advertising. As shopping experiences become increasingly automated and AI-driven, high-quality catalog infrastructure is critical to connecting businesses, products, and consumers at scale. This role will define the future of catalog management and product intelligence in TikTok Ads Manager. Responsibilities - Define & Prioritize: Shape the end-to-end catalog onboarding, management, and optimization experience in TikTok Ads Manager. Build scalable solutions that help advertisers manage product data efficiently and unlock better advertising outcomes through high-quality catalog assets. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on strategy, prioritize investments, and deliver impactful solutions. - Drive Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to expand the creative ecosystem and unlock new opportunities for creative automation and optimization. - Data-Driven Growth: Leverage advertiser feedback, user research, and product analytics to identify opportunities, validate product hypotheses, and continuously improve creative outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - BA/BS degree - 3+ years of work experience as product manager, going through full product cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization - Proven record of successful product outcomes - Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English - speaking regions as well as Chinese- speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese- speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross- cultural collaboration and market expansion Preferred Qualifications: - Background in digital advertising, marketing technology, or related domains - Experience in one or more of the following: Commerce platforms, catalog systems, product data management, recommendation systems, machine learning applications, or advertising platforms - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy - Proven ability to influence and collaborate with global and regional stakeholders

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151200 - $295200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
