JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a PAE, you will be a crucial part of our dynamic team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and assistance for the sales department, Customer service (CSRs), and customer directly.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Technical support for the sales department and customers directly, assistance in preparing a technical offer, selection of an appropriate hydraulic motor and steering units.
• Providing technical support to customers during the sales process.
• Cooperation with internal departments (quality, production) in matters related to customer requirements.
• Creating new products in SAP and PLM systems.
• Coordinating the creation of prototypes of new products.
BACKGROUND & SKILLS:
• good knowledge of English
• knowledge of the basics of mechanics, hydraulics and machine design
• ability to read technical documentation
• knowledge of technical drawing and CAD systems
• very good knowledge of MS Office tools
• communication skills, independence, openness to challenges
Requirements
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• higher technical education (preferred field: mechanics and machine construction or mechatronics)
• professional experience in a similar position
Nice to Have:
• 3D modeling skills
• knowledge of SAP

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This is a full-time position with the possibility of occasional after-hours to accommodate customer needs, including travel to customer locations. The role involves working in an open office where long periods of sitting and walking up and down stairs are required
