Job description

Delaware Nation Industries is looking for a Test Engineer to provide comprehensive Client Management Support Services to help IRS Criminal Investigation maintain reliable, secure, and accountable technology operations across domestic and international locations. The contract supports the effective management, deployment, maintenance, testing, and disposition of government technology assets, while promoting operational readiness, service quality, compliance, and continuous support for mission-critical business activities.

The Test Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, and executing comprehensive hardware and software validation testing across enterprise environments, including endpoint imaging, application compatibility, patch and release validation, and infrastructure changes, while documenting results, identifying defects, supporting automation of test processes, ensuring compliance with configuration and security standards, collaborating with engineering and support teams to validate readiness for production deployment.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in enterprise IT test lab or endpoint validation environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise designing and executing structured hardware and software testing across multiple platforms.
  • Experience documenting test results and identifying defects.
  • Experience validating deployments.
  • Experience supporting test automation.
  • Ability to ensure alignment with configuration, security, and release standards.
  • Relevant certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Ability to hold/maintain a U.S. government clearance.
