Production Manager Infinite Technologies RCS, Inc. is a rapidly expanding company offering many growth opportunities in the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technology fields. We pride ourselves on providing quality products and services for customers in both the private and government sectors. We have an immediate opening for a Production Manager at our Reno, NV office.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will guide teams to achieve operational excellence while maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence manufacturing processes and contribute to the success of a fast-paced production facility.

Duties

Manage and coordinate all aspects of production schedules, ensuring on-time/on-budget delivery of quality products Supervise production teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to optimize performance. Enforce safety standards in production areas Monitor manufacturing processes for quality control, ensuring products meet ISO9001 quality guidelines and customer specifications Implement process improvements by analyzing workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and applying lean manufacturing principles Oversee the use of mechanical equipment, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime Conduct regular safety audits, enforce heavy lifting protocols, and ensure compliance with all safety standards in production environments Qualifications Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively Direct Hands-on experience with composite materials and processes, including but not limited to composites manufacturing vacuum bagging processes Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions swiftly Effective communication skills for clear coordination across departments and reporting Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and semi-skilled workforce Proficient in MS Office suite Multi-Lingual in English and Spanish Desire to learn and passion for growth within position and company Company Information Compensation for this position is commensurate with industry standards and personal experience.
