Job description

Lunds & Byerlys Eagan is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Produce Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $23.50 - 27.25/hr.
We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pmFor this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am - 9:00pm.
PRODUCE SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Produce Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:
  • Greeting and assisting customers
  • Rotating and stocking produce to ensure fresh and quality products are available
  • Assisting the manager in coaching, training, mentoring, and leading staff to accomplish department and personal goals
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the department

MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Education:
    1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Experience:
    1. Minimum of two (2) years' experience in Produce or food service
    2. Previous supervisory experience desired
  3. Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    1. Strong understanding of food preparation and food service operations
    2. Strong understanding of retail operations
    3. Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
    4. Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification
