Job DetailsJob Location: NEWPORT BEACH, CA 92660Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 Salary/yearExante360, Inc., is looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager who wants to join us on our bold initiative of “improving lives through relationships, by connecting people to solutions.”  Role  The Digital Transformation Project Manager coordinates and drives software development, AI, automation, systems integration, and operational improvement initiatives. This role keeps projects organized, stakeholders aligned, and work moving forward through strong planning, follow-up, reporting, and accountability management.  Exante360 is building an AI-forward organization. What You’ll Do  Project Planning & Coordination  \tDevelop and maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.  \tCoordinate multiple simultaneous software, automation, AI, and operational initiatives.  \tIdentify project dependencies and critical path activities.  \tMonitor project progress and proactively address delays.  \tEnsure project documentation remains current and accurate.  Task & Action Item Management  \tTrack action items, assignments, and project commitments.  \tFacilitate regular status meetings and project reviews.  \tFollow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.  \tEscalate risks, roadblocks, and resource constraints when necessary.  \tDrive accountability across internal and external project participants.  Resource Coordination  \tCoordinate workloads among software developers, analysts, consultants, and business stakeholders.  \tAssist leadership with resource planning and prioritization.  \tIdentify capacity conflicts and recommend solutions.  \tCoordinate third-party vendors and contractors when necessary.  Software Development Support  \tWork closely with software development teams to track requirements, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.  \tCoordinate sprint planning, backlog reviews, and release schedules.  \tMonitor development progress and communicate status to stakeholders.  \tHelp ensure development efforts remain aligned with business priorities.  Reporting & Communication  \tPrepare weekly project status reports.  \tMaintain project dashboards and tracking tools.  \tCommunicate project updates, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.  \tFacilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical and business teams.  \tProvide visibility into project health, budgets, and timelines.  Process Improvement  \tIdentify opportunities to improve project delivery efficiency.  \tAssist in implementing project management standards and best practices.  \tSupport continuous improvement initiatives across Exante360.  What We’re Looking For  \t3-7 years of project management experience in the software field.  \tPMP certification or equivalent project management training.  \tExperience coordinating software development, AI, automation, systems integration, or business intelligence projects.  \tStrong project follow-up, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and reporting skills.  \tExperience using tools such as Asana and Smartsheet. \tDemonstrated experience using AI, automation, data analytics, or other emerging technologies to improve efficiency, decision-making, collaboration, or business outcomes.  \tStrong attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.  \tFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred. \tProfessional services, consulting, engineering, or technology industry experience preferred.
