Job description

Title: Construction Procurement Analyst

Location: Hybrid schedule

Candidates must live within commuting distance of New York City.


I'm partnering with a well-known national retail organization to hire a Construction Procurement Specialist supporting new store openings, remodels, and capital projects across North America.


If you have experience in procurement, purchasing, vendor management, construction coordination, facilities, or store development, I'd love to connect.


In this role, you'll:

✔️ Manage purchase orders and supplier relationships

✔️ Coordinate material deliveries to project sites

✔️ Support construction project schedules and budgets

✔️ Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and suppliers

✔️ Help ensure projects stay on track from planning through completion


What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or construction

• Strong Excel and analytical skills

• Experience with SAP Ariba, Power BI, retail construction, or capital projects is a plus
