Job description

Position Title:              Project Analyst
Location:                       Arlington, VA
Position Type:              Full time
Clearance:                     Active Secret

Role and Responsibilities:

We are searching for a Project Analyst to support our DOD client’s initiatives.  U.S. Citizenship is required, as is an active Secret Clearance.  This position will support the DOD at the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing funding documentation and procurement packages for SBIR/STTR performer contracts resulting from Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs), cross agency awards and other solicitations.
  • Monitoring and reporting program commitments, obligations, expenditures, contract performance, and program status execution to include program milestones, schedule and cost.
  • Assisting in the preparation of program plans and quarterly review documentation
  • Creating and maintaining definitive documentation files for each program and

 

Strongly Desired Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution in Business, Management, Information
  • Technology, Economics, Public Relations, Public Affairs, or other related
  • Five years of professional experience in program analysis, financial management, and/or data
  • Two years of experience supporting Federal SBIR/STTR

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

  • Master’s degree from an accredited academic institution in Business, Management, Economics, Public
  • Relations, Public Affairs, or other related
  • Experience with importing, exporting, and extracting data from internal and external
  • Experience performing quality control procedures to ensure reliability and integrity of
  • Experience with budget preparation, execution, and tracking, financial management, analysis, and
  • Experience with using various software applications to accomplish assigned office tasks including, but not limited to: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and other applications.
  • Experience with DoD R&D acquisition and FAR/DFARS policy and
  • Experience managing different phases of the DoD or DoD Component-level SBIR/STTR Programs from
  • Phase I through Phase III, including the SBIR/STTR requirements of the DoD 02
