Your Role

The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, and team engagement across multiple properties, while ensuring alignment with company standards and strategic priorities. Reporting directly to the Corporate Director of Operations, the Regional Operations Manager will act as a key liaison between property-level leadership and corporate teams, ensuring consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

In this role, the Regional Operations Manager will:

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to a portfolio of hotels, partnering with General Managers and property leadership teams to drive performance, operational excellence, and consistent execution of company and brand standards.
  • Conduct regular property visits, operational reviews, and performance assessments to identify opportunities, support continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a key liaison between hotel operations and corporate support teams, providing guidance, facilitating collaboration, and leading the successful implementation of company initiatives and operational best practices.
  • Lead procurement and asset management initiatives across the portfolio, supporting cost optimization, purchasing strategies, commercial property operations, and effective management of tenant relationships.
  • Drive financial performance by maximizing revenue opportunities, controlling costs, analyzing operational and financial results, and partnering with hotel leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, continuous development, succession planning, and talent retention.
  • Champion exceptional guest experiences by monitoring quality and reputation metrics and implementing strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and operational performance.
  • Lead and support strategic projects, brand initiatives, and operational rollouts while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, drive innovation, and strengthen portfolio performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and key stakeholders, representing Silver Hotel Group with professionalism and ensuring successful collaboration with brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Accor, Wyndham, and Choice Hotels.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality operations
  • Multi-property or regional management experience preferred
  • Previous experience with asset management and/or commercial property oversight preferred
  • Previous procurement and vendor relationship management an asset
  • Strong financial acumen with proven ability to drive performance
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to travel regularly across Canada and into the United States as required
