Work Mode:ย Hybrid (1โ€“2 days onsite per week as required)
Duration:ย May 25, 2026 โ€“ May 28, 2027 (~12 months)

Role Overview:
This role supports program and project management for contract administration within a state transportation agency's procurement department. The analyst will work alongside 1โ€“2 staff members to manage departmental contract administration, process routine tasks, and monitor contract changes and upcoming end dates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage contract administration projects within the procurement department

  • Process routine procurement tasks and review contract changes or upcoming expirations

  • Collaborate with 1โ€“2 internal staff members to ensure continuity of procurement operations

  • Utilize departmental systems with ability to learn new platforms as required

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven work experience with Microsoft Office Suite โ€” 3+ years required

Preferred Skills:

  • Procurement experience โ€” 1+ year preferred

Additional Details:
Standard work schedule: 8 hours/day, Mondayโ€“Friday. Hybrid arrangement; candidate must be available to report onsite 1โ€“2 days per week when required. No travel expenses reimbursed.
