The Crown Is Yours As Director of Procurement, you'll lead a team responsible for procurement strategy supporting Marketing, Corporate Services & Business Operations. You will partner with senior leaders to build commercial strategies that support growth, brand impact, operational effectiveness, and responsible cost management. By bringing structure, market insight, and strong supplier governance to complex services spend, you'll help teams move quickly while delivering measurable value and improving business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Lead and develop a team of Procurement professionals supporting Marketing, Corporate Services (Finance, Legal, HR), and Business Operations, setting clear priorities, building category expertise, and fostering a high-performance culture. Own the procurement strategy, supplier ecosystem, and sourcing roadmap across media and advertising, agencies, creative and production, sponsorships, talent and influencer services, market research, consulting, contingent labor, workplace, travel, professional services, customer experience, and business operations. Partner with executive and senior leaders across Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, Workplace, Communications, and Business Operations to align procurement strategies with growth priorities, operating plans, and functional roadmaps. Lead complex sourcing initiatives and negotiations, including agency models, media and marketing services, strategic consulting, outsourced services, and other statement-of-work-based engagements. Develop commercial structures that improve transparency, flexibility, accountability, and value, including clear scopes, rate cards, fee and incentive models, deliverables, usage rights, and performance measures. Apply spend, demand, benchmark, and supplier-market analyses to identify consolidation, competitive sourcing, specification, and demand‑management opportunities across the portfolio. Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Privacy, Information Security, and business stakeholders to address contractual, regulatory, reputational, and third‑party risks while supporting speed to market.

Represent Procurement as a strategic advisor to Marketing, Corporate Services, and Business Operations leadership while advancing enterprise‑wide procurement standards, tools, and ways of working.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement, vendor management, or a related commercial function, including significant responsibility for marketing, corporate services, or business operations categories. Demonstrated experience leading teams and developing Procurement professionals in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Deep knowledge of services‑based commercial models, including agencies, media and marketing services, consulting, contingent labor, outsourced services, and statement‑of‑work engagements. Proven success leading high‑value, complex negotiations and building category strategies across multiple stakeholder groups and diverse spend categories. Strong financial and analytical acumen, including experience with rate, fee, benchmark, demand, and supplier‑performance analysis. Ability to balance commercial discipline, brand and business objectives, speed to market, and stakeholder experience. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build credibility with Vice President, Senior Vice President, and C‑suite stakeholders. Experience leveraging analytics, AI, automation, and procurement technology to improve sourcing outcomes, controls, and stakeholder experience. Experience in sports betting, iGaming, fantasy sports, media, entertainment, technology, financial services, or another regulated industry is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is 162,400.00 USD - 202,900.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
