The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects aligning with project requirements and client expectations. This role will lead project teams, manage budgets and timelines, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Your role in our team
  • You will lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout, defining timelines, managing scope, and controlling budget in collaboration with stakeholders
  • You will develop and maintain detailed project schedules in MS Project; tracks progress, forecasts resources, and aligns costs with scope and schedule
  • You will manage project financials, including budget analysis, forecasting, and proactive mitigation of cost and schedule variances
  • You will identifies scope changes, assesses cost and schedule impacts, and leads customer discussions to align on required adjustments
  • You will serve as the primary client-facing contact, managing all customer communications, technical documentation, status reporting, and coordination meetings
  • You will partner cross-functionally with internal teams (engineering, sales, EHS&S, finance, contract management, supply chain, site operations, and customer service) to ensure successful execution
  • You will provide technical leadership by translating contractual and specification requirements into clear deliverables for engineering and execution teams
  • You will lead risk management, issue escalation, and resolution efforts by identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks across departments
  • You will oversee procurement and vendor management in coordination with Supply Chain, including material tracking, equipment receipt, and inventory verification
  • You will ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements, capturing lessons learned and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Your profile
  • You have obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field
  • You have gained 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management roles
  • Your advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is preferred
  • You bring demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex technical programs with full responsibility for scope, schedule, and budget across material handling, logistics, warehouse, distribution, and automation systems.
  • You are proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP, MS Office suite)
  • You have a strong understanding of system integration project execution and interdependencies, combined with financial and analytical acumen in cost forecasting and resource planning
  • You have demonstrated the ability to manage stakeholders, negotiate effectively, plan and organize complex projects, and drive results through indirect teams in dynamic, cross-functional environments
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally, as required by business needs
  • Must possess, or be able to obtain and maintain, all required travel documentation, including a valid passport where international travel is necessary
  • Must be able to lawfully enter and exit the United States and other countries required for business travel
  • Must not have any legal or regulatory restrictions that would prevent the issuance, renewal, or use of required travel documents, or otherwise limit the ability to fulfill the travel requirements of the role
