Job Description

We are seeking an organized and adaptable Operations Intern to support our internal operations team. This role offers experience in recruiting, event coordination, finance, internal communications, and process optimization. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, is comfortable with administrative work, and can use AI tools to increase efficiency.

This is a fall semester-long internship lasting approximately four months. Interns work approximately 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate academic commitments. We prefer candidates located in the NYC metropolitan area who can work in-office 2-3 days per week. This is an hourly paid position following NYC minimum wage requirements. Exceptional interns may be considered for possible extension to the spring semester.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruiting tasks including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and organizing candidate materials.
  • Update CRM and vendor databases, including Salesforce and Mailchimp records.
  • Help manage internal social media content and engagement.
  • Assist in planning team meetings, internal events, and new business initiatives.
  • Support finance functions such as invoicing, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Conduct research for business development and market trends.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation and internal trackers.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Use AI tools to streamline administrative workflows, reporting, and document creation.
  • Support procurement and vendor relationship management.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a 4-year degree from an accredited university.
  • Strong interest in business operations, marketing agencies, and AI-driven efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools preferred.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
