Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end development of the team, processes, and technology stack for EōS Fitness's newly created Procurement department.
  • Partner with senior leadership to establish short- and long-term procurement strategies, objectives, and KPIs aligned to enterprise growth goals.
  • Lead the EōS Fitness strategic sourcing program, including complex sourcing efforts with preferred and high-value vendors across CapEx, OpEx, indirect, and direct spend categories.
  • Manage spend analytics across the Procurement team; use data to influence cross-functional partners, build strong ROI cases, and drive measurable cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with EōS Fitness leadership and strategic supplier partners; serve as the executive escalation point for key vendor relationships.
  • Negotiate, structure, and manage high-value contracts (equipment, facilities, technology, professional services, MRO, etc.), ensuring favorable terms, risk mitigation, and compliance.
  • Build and execute the Procurement technology roadmap - selecting and implementing modern procure-to-pay (P2P), contract lifecycle management (CLM), and spend analytics platforms (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, Ivalua, GEP).
  • Drive Procurement team engagement across EōS Fitness, embedding the function as a value-added strategic partner to Operations, Facilities, Marketing, IT, HR, and Finance.
  • Communicate strategies, goals, challenges, and results clearly to the EōS Fitness executive leadership team and Board, when needed.
  • Build a best-in-class procurement organization by hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Establish governance, policy, and compliance frameworks (including supplier diversity, sustainability, and risk management programs) appropriate for a multi-state, PE-backed operator.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and tactical responsibilities required to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain experience, including experience in fast-paced, multi-state, multi-site environments (retail, hospitality, fitness, restaurant, or similar preferred).
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience with a proven track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing procurement or sourcing teams from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated success architecting or transforming a centralized procurement function, including standing up processes, governance, policies, and technology.
  • Deep strategic sourcing expertise across indirect and direct categories - including facilities, equipment (CapEx), professional services, IT/SaaS, marketing, MRO, and supplies.
  • Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills, with experience structuring complex, high-value agreements and managing strategic supplier relationships.
  • Hands-on experience selecting and implementing procurement technology platforms (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Ivalua, GEP) and integrating with ERP systems.
  • Strong spend analytics and financial acumen, with advanced Excel proficiency and experience using reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to influence executive decision-making.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing AI-enabled tools, automation, or digital transformation initiatives within procurement or supply chain.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, IT, Marketing, and HR.
  • Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or pre-IPO environment is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent judgment, executive communication, and organizational skills, with a strong bias for action and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field required; MBA, CPSM, or CPM certification preferred.

Location & Work Environment
  • Hybrid with flexibility to support teams across multiple states and time zones.
  • Preferred candidate locations: Greater Phoenix area.
  • Occasional travel will be required for team connection, supplier site visits, club visits, and key business initiatives (estimated 15-25%).
