Manager: Procurement Specialist – Integrations & Coupa Management 

Position Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist with strong expertise in system integrations and Coupa platform management, ServiceNow Flows. This role will be responsible for driving procurement operations, optimizing sourcing processes, and ensuring seamless integration between procurement systems and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of procurement tools, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to partner with cross functional teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

Procurement Operations 

  • Manage endtoend procurement activities, including sourcing, requisitioning, vendor onboarding, and PO management. 
  • Support the development and execution of category strategies across assigned spend areas. 
  • Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies and internal controls. 
  • Analyze procurement spend to identify optimization opportunities and cost savings. 

Coupa Platform Management 

  • Serve as the Coupa Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Procurement. 
  • Maintain data integrity, including supplier records, catalogs, and approval workflows. 
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics within Coupa. 
  • Lead user training, change management, and troubleshooting. 
  • Design and manage ServiceNow workflows to automate procurement and supplier processes. 

 Integrate ServiceNow with procurement tools for intake, vendor onboarding, request routing, and approvals. 

  • Optimize ticketing workflows for procurement operations (e.g., request triage, SLA tracking, procurement inquiries). 
  • Partner with business and IT teams to streamline procurement intake and operational requests. 
  •  

Integrations & Technical Enablement 

  • Oversee integrations between Coupa and enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, Finance, AP, Contract systems, etc.). 
  • Partner with IT to manage integration workflows, APIs, and data mapping. 
  • Ensure smooth data sync, master data accuracy, and process automation. 
  • Work with integration partners and vendors to resolve technical issues. 

Vendor & Stakeholder Management 

  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure onboarding readiness, compliance, and performance. 
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, IT, Operations) to improve procurement processes. 
  • Address system or process issues, ensuring minimal business disruption. 

Process Improvement 

  • Identify gaps in procurement processes and recommend improvements. 
  • Lead automation, standardization, and best practice adoption across procurement. 
  • Support implementation of new procurement technologies and digital solutions. 

Qualifications 

Required 

  • 3–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations. 
  • Handson experience managing and administering Coupa (required). 
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes (P2P, S2P, supplier onboarding). 
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data workflows. 
  • Analytical mindset with Excel/Sheets proficiency. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Preferred 

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday). 
  • Background in process automation or procurement transformation. 
  • Project management certification or experience leading cross functional initiatives. 
  • Experience in midtolarge enterprise environments.
