Job description

Hutch Paving is currently seeking an Estimating and procurement Coordinator to join our growing team.


Estimating and Procurement Coordinator Responsibilities:

Work with Sales/Estimating staff to draft proposals in preparation for submission
Apply for permits and order certificates of insurance for projects
Request miss dig on jobs and assist miss dig workers with ongoing coordination
Request and turn in submittals
Order and execute bonds
Review project specifications during the bidding process
Execute and prepare prime bids for delivery
Various other office tasks as required (I.e., light cleaning, ordering supplies, answering phone calls, general administrative support)


Qualifications:

Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Must be proficient in the use of general office equipment (including but not limited to printer/copier/fax machine)
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Excellent communication with experience in customer service
Ability to read and speak English sufficiently in order to understand the requirements of the technical specification, regulations, reports, and manuals
