The Associate Director will champion site personnel management (Leasing & Maintenance) , resident relations, vendor procurement, community maintenance, and strict legal compliance across multiple teams.Location: NJ (Multi-site portfolio)Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development: Hire, onboard, mentor, and supervise site teams and manager-level staff.
