The Basic Procurement Analyst will support customer requirements to meet customer established timelines and other related duties in support of the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) Facilities Operations DSF. This position requires approximately 80% telework and 20% on-site work. JOB TITLE : Analyst (Basic) - Procurement CLEARANCE : Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance LOCATION : Huntsville, AL (Redstone Arsenal) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. * Comply with federal acquisition regulations and agency guidelines for government purchase cards. * Track and report status of purchases; identify order discrepancies, changes, cancellations, and dis-approvals. * Obtain documentation for purchases in compliance with federal acquisitions regulations and agency guidelines for government purchase cards. * Maintain and update customer database. * Conduct research and analyze data; prepare and maintain a variety of statistical reports, records and files. * Compose reports, procedures, and correspondence. * Perform other duties as assigned. SUPERVISION : This position has no supervisory responsibilities MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
