The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is a high-performing leader, problem solver, and innovator who challenges the status quo and drives innovation. In this role, you will analyze complex business problems and develop reโ€‘engineered processes and automated technology solutions to address them. You will provide consultation to end users and lead cross-functional teams to resolve business and systems issues.

What youโ€™ll do
  • Works closely with Lam Global Operations teams to understand and support their operational needs and determine the best technology solution.
  • Provides analysis and deep insights into business needs and challenges, enabling the bestโ€‘fit technology solution.
  • Deep understanding of the interactions, dependencies, and alignment of different corporate initiatives, business units, and IT strategies.
  • Architects and designs business processes and systems solutions in support of business objectives.
  • Deep expertise in end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, e.g., master data, RFQ, forecasting, source determination, MRP, inventory strategies (safety stock, consignment, replenishment, rebalancing, etc.), subcontracting, Purchase Order (PO) management, inbound logistics, costing, supplier invoicing, indirect procurement, etc., and supplier collaboration, e.g., forecasting, inventory, PO management, costing, capacity availability, constraints, etc.
  • Ability to connect multiple operations domains (Planning, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Spares Operations) and their interdependencies with Procurement.
  • Collaborates with the business unit in leveraging various Supply Chain Execution and Supplier Collaboration systems (SAP ECC MM/PP, SAP S/4, Product Sourcing, QTM, SAP Flexible Workflows, SAP Portal, BI/Dashboards, Supplier B2B technologiesโ€”One Network, Coupa, etc.) to enable the organizationโ€™s futureโ€‘state business capabilities.

Who weโ€™re looking for
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Operations, or a related field with 12 years of related experience; or 8 years of related experience and a Masterโ€™s degree; or a PhD with 5 years of related experience; or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of overall SAP experience, with 3+ years of experience in ECC and S/4 (MM, PP).
  • Demonstrated expertise across multiple enterprise systems, including SAP and noโ€‘code platforms.
  • Experienced in leading more than one end-to-end implementation program that included analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment, including training and data conversion.
  • Strong problemโ€‘solving and analytical/criticalโ€‘thinking skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently or with limited direction.
Preferred qualifications
  • Knowledge of advanced BI and dashboarding tools, e.g., Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets in MS Excel and querying language like SQL is a plus.
