In this fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will be the primary point of contact for sourcing, scheduling, and material movement, supporting both front-end and back-end procurement activities. Responsibilities: - Source, plan, and coordinate the movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods through the production lifecycle. - Analyze engineering and production specifications to determine procurement requirements and build effective schedules. - Serve as the go-to GSC planning contact for assigned programs, supporting proposal development and presenting performance metrics to leadership. - Operate and manage multiple Excel-based reports to track team and supplier performance. - Partner with product teams, logistics, warehouse, and finance to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and issue resolution. - Lead communications for urgent procurement needs, expedite purchase orders, and manage material delivery timelines. - Resolve procurement blockages, frustrated materials, and accounts payable issues with cross-functional teams. - Cultivate advanced vendor and supplier relationships to support business objectives and continuous improvement. Required Skills and Experience: - Minimum 15 years in buyer, procurement, or supply chain analyst roles. - Advanced Excel skills (including V-lookups and data analysis). - Proven track record in problem-solving and critical thinking within procurement or supply chain environments. - Strong project management, time management, and multi-tasking abilities. - Experience presenting to leadership and preparing performance metrics. - Effective cross-functional communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Prior experience supporting program kick-offs, configuration control, and program assessment meetings. - Demonstrated success managing competing priorities across diverse business areas. - Familiarity with resolving invoicing and accounts payable discrepancies.
