We value the trust placed in us on every project, and we are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can lead complex commercial work with strong client communication, schedule discipline, and financial accountability.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, with accountability for schedule, cost, quality, safety, and client experience. This role includes hands-on leadership across multiple projects, close coordination with subcontractors and internal teams, and consistent, professional communication with owners and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution from kickoff through closeout.
  • Oversee multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with project scope and deliverables.
  • Own budget setup, cost control, and accurate project reporting, including coordination with accounting.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, materials, and purchase orders.
  • Qualify subcontractor estimates and bids, execute buyouts, and track subcontractor progress.
  • Drive procurement planning, including long-lead items and trade coordination.
  • Maintain schedule rigor using Microsoft Project, with regular updates and coordination through project systems.
  • Oversee document control workflows including RFIs, submittals, drawing updates, and project records (primarily through Procore).
  • Manage client and consultant meetings, including progress payment approvals and variations.
  • Develop and adjust project work plans as scope or site conditions require.
  • Set and enforce quality expectations using structured QC planning, milestone inspections, punch lists, and closeout processes.
  • Lead safety planning and ensure jobsite teams execute safety expectations consistently.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and proactively address safety issues and compliance requirements.
  • Provide timely progress updates to the management team and support risk mitigation planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial GC construction project management experience, including $5M+ projects.
  • OSHA 30
  • Proven experience managing construction projects through the full lifecycle (preconstruction through closeout).
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Schedule management (Microsoft Project preferred)
  • Procore or comparable construction project management software
  • Cost management, change management, and owner reporting
  • Ability to lead teams, coordinate multiple trades, and resolve issues quickly while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Clear, professional communication, strong follow-through, and strong documentation habits.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing and overseeing others within the department.
  • Experience with design-build processes.
