We are seeking a skilled Field Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of on-site construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. *Responsibilities* - Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site - Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards - Manage project schedules and deadlines - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work - Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to address any issues that arise - Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations - Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, blueprints, and specifications - Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking - Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets industry standards *Skills* - Proficient in budgeting and cost control for construction projects - Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and schematics - Experience with construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam - Knowledge of building codes and regulations - Familiarity with contract management processes - Skill in using tools like an ohmmeter for electrical systems testing
