The Project Manager will lead and manage key projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality execution. You’ll work directly with project teams, subcontractors, and clients while also taking responsibility for pre-construction management and mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Project Teams: Supervise the day-to-day activities of Superintendents, Project Coordinators, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and project teams.
