Responsibilities
  • 1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle, managing civil sitework, and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
  • 2. Utilizing construction management software such as PROCORE and Viewpoint to manage projects effectively.
  • 3. Coordinating and supervising the activities of subcontractors, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with the project plan.
  • 4. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • 5. Managing project schedules, resources, and budget, and ensuring that project deliverables are met.
  • 6. Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • 7. Leading project meetings and providing regular updates on project status.
  • 8. Identifying and resolving any potential issues or delays that could impact project completion.
Qualifications
  • 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the commercial construction industry.
  • 2. Proven experience in managing construction projects and renovations in hospitals, churches, retail, and education sectors.
