Job Title: Traveling Construction Superintendent
Location: Southeastern United States (Travel Required)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial ground-up projects throughout the Southeastern United States. Knowledge and experience with Bib Box Retail and Self-Storage projects is desired. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive ground-up construction experience, as well as strong proficiency in Procore or other construction management software. This is a travel-based position requiring regular on-site presence at project locations.

  • Coordinatesubcontractors, materials, equipment, and inspections to meet schedule andquality standards.
