Salary; $155,000 - $190,000 DOE
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and/or multifamily l construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising projects to ensure they are completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while working closely with owners, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor project budgets, review cost reports, and approve invoices and change orders.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with superintendents and field teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, financials, and timelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience managing Commercial construction projects. Must have significant experience with multi-family builds, including but not limited to Podium, wrap, garden style complexes.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and scheduling practices.
  • Experience with project management and construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar).
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Work Environment
