Are you an experienced, detail-oriented mortgage loan processor who can successfully aid applicants in navigating the mortgage lending process? If so, we are looking for you! We are currently seeking a skilled and high-producing mortgage processor to work with the mortgage loan officers on our team. If you’re interested in a dynamic position on a well-established and successful lending team, look no further; apply now! Responsibilities: • Ensure loan files meet lending and regulatory guidelines and policies • Assemble and submit loan packages to the lender underwriters for approval or denial Review loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness Communicate directly with borrowers, loan officers, and third parties to collect required documentation Submit complete loan packages to underwriting Clear conditions and follow up on outstanding items in a timely manner Ensure compliance with lending guidelines and regulatory requirements Order and track third-party services (appraisals, title, insurance, etc.) Prepare files for Closing Disclosure and Clear to Close Maintain organized and updated loan files in CRM and LOS systems Provide consistent status updates to all parties involved Qualifications: • Accounting, finance, or business Associate’s degree preferred - High school diploma or GED required Minimum 2–3 years of mortgage processing experience Strong knowledge of loan programs: Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM (DSCR, Bank Statement, Foreign National) Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and documentation requirements Experience with LOS systems (Arive) Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Bilingual (English/Spanish) Compensation: $60,000+
