Responsibilities
You'll help support transactions from contract to closing by:
• Scheduling closings and coordinating logistics for in-office and remote transactions
• Assisting with files leading up to closing
• Balancing and helping fund escrow files accurately
• Receiving and processing earnest money deposits
• Communicating with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction
• Helping keep files moving smoothly and proactively solving problems along the way
Qualifications

What we're looking for:
