We're currently looking for an Escrow Assistant / Processor for our Schererville, Indiana office.

Responsibilities
You'll help support transactions from contract to closing by:
• Scheduling closings and coordinating logistics for in-office and remote transactions
• Assisting with files leading up to closing
• Balancing and helping fund escrow files accurately
• Receiving and processing earnest money deposits
• Communicating with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction
• Helping keep files moving smoothly and proactively solving problems along the way
Qualifications

What we're looking for:
• 2+ years of customer service experience (title, mortgage, real estate, or legal industry preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
• Notary commission preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• SoftPro experience is a plus
