About the Role:

The Panela Processing Associate LV2 plays a critical role in the production and quality assurance of panela, a traditional unrefined whole cane sugar product. This position is responsible for overseeing the processing stages, ensuring that raw materials are handled efficiently and that the final product meets established quality standards. The associate will collaborate closely with the production team to maintain optimal operational flow, troubleshoot processing issues, and implement improvements.
