Job Overview
The International Specialist is the primary contact for customers with international process-serving orders. This role delivers a strong customer experience by entering orders, coordinating with process servers, and moving orders through to completion. The International Specialist works cross-functionally to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. This fast-paced, customer-focused role requires diplomacy, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly. This is an onsite position in Seattle, Washington.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer support tickets, resolving questions and issues related to existing international process serving orders with professionalism and urgency
  • Handle inbound calls to assist existing customers and guide prospective customers through the online order placement process
  • Manage email correspondence with customers, internal departments, and international process servers regarding order status, issues, and payment inquiries
  • Enter and manage order data accurately, process incoming mail, and prepare service returns
  • Monitor open orders and proactively follow up with international process servers to keep orders progressing across jurisdictions
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of order entry or data entry experience
  • Proficiency with standard office equipment including scanners, copiers, and printers
  • Comfortable working in technology-driven environments; experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PDF editors, and multi-line phone systems preferred
  • Strong document handling and data transcription skills
  • Proven ability to review orders, investigate discrepancies, and implement effective solutions
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to maintain quality and composure under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving instincts - able to anticipate issues before they escalate
  • Adaptable to evolving processes and committed to continuous improvement
  • Typing speed of at least 55 WPM
  • Bilingual or multilingual ability a plus
