Bamboo Sushi is a restaurant of purpose. Through our food, our service, and our spirit, we create experiences that inspire-rooted in sustainability, thoughtful hospitality, and genuine connection.


We're excited to be opening a brand-new Bamboo Sushi location in Kirkland, Washington in 2026, and we're looking for experienced, guest-focused Servers to help deliver warm, knowledgeable, and memorable dining experiences from day one.

What You'll Do

As a Server at Bamboo Sushi, you'll be a key part of the guest experience-from the first interaction through the final bite. You'll work closely with both FOH and BOH teams to deliver seamless service while sharing knowledge of our food, beverages, and values.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service
  • Guiding guests through the menu, including sushi, beverages, and specials
  • Collaborating with teammates to ensure timely and consistent service
  • Assisting fellow team members to meet guest needs
  • Following all company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
