Crystal Springs Resort is seeking experienced Restaurant Servers who are passionate about delivering exceptional food & beverage service and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and thank each guest in an enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner
  • Guide guests through menu selections by providing knowledgeable recommendations and performing menu tours
  • Maintain a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings, including preparation methods and ingredients
  • Serve food and beverages while following all safety, sanitation, and service standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
  • Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
  • Stock and maintain inventory levels within designated workstations
  • Ensure full compliance with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies
  • Work collaboratively with team members to provide an outstanding dining experience
